Shipping, Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Fun Stash, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Our goal is to make ordering simple, shipping reliable, and returns straightforward. If you ever have a question, we're here to help.


Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada

U.S. Shipping: Free

Canadian Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • USPS or UPS
  • 3–7 business days

Canada

  • 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at janice@earthwellcollective.com, and we'll gladly work with the carrier to locate your shipment.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging (if applicable)

We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.

In most cases, there's no need to return damaged merchandise.


Returns (Unopened Products)

If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The safety seal remains intact.
  • The original packaging is included.
  • The product is in resalable condition.

To begin a return, simply email:

We'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

We never charge restocking fees.


Our 90-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee

We stand behind every product we offer.

If you've used an The Fun Stash product as directed and don't feel it was the right fit for you, simply let us know within 90 days of your delivery date, and we'll refund the purchase price of the product—even if the bottle is empty.

To request your refund:

  1. Email janice@earthwellcollective.com within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Tell us briefly about your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving our products and recommendations.
  4. We'll process your refund to your original payment method.

There's no need to return the empty bottle.

To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, it is limited to one refund per customer, per product.
