At The Fun Stash, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here's exactly how shipping, returns, and our satisfaction guarantee work.
## Shipping
Orders are processed within [X] business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States. U.S. orders ship free.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, email us at support@thefunstash.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
## Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@thefunstash.com]. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
## Returns (Within 30 Days)
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unused product within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
- The item is unused, with any original packaging or mesh bag included
- The item is in resalable condition
To start a return, email [support@thefunstash.com] with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees.
## Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If something isn't right with your reusable water balloons — a faulty seal, a defect, or they simply don't hold up the way they should — reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund of the product cost. We'd rather fix it than leave you with a bad splash day.
