# The Fun Stash — Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return an item or request a refund.

## 30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

- The item is unused and in resalable condition
- Any original packaging or mesh bag is included

To start a return, email us at [support@thefunstash.com] with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees.

## Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@thefunstash.com]. Please include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — there's no need to return the damaged item, and you won't pay return shipping.

## Items That Can't Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been used or are not in resalable condition, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just email us and we'll help.

## Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If something isn't right with your reusable water balloons — a faulty seal, a defect, or they simply don't hold up the way they should — reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund of the product cost.

## Refund Timing and Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we approve your refund, please allow 5–7 business days for it to process, plus any additional time your bank or card issuer needs to post it to your account.
